At M², we believe that captivating experiences infused with Jewish values serve as the foundations of Jewish growth, and that the creation of such experiences requires intentional, knowledgeable, and well-trained educators. SEC is a 10-month cohort program that provides outstanding educators from around the world with a holistic approach towards the theory and practice of experiential Jewish education.
Over the course of three, five-day convenings, SEC enables participants to articulate, refine, and sharpen their practice by exposing them to theories and methods that serve as the basis of experiential Jewish education. It is an intense cohort experience for senior-level educators, facilitated by cross-disciplinary experts and master teachers, and supported through individualized coaching plans.
